1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PhotoKrafter mobile application and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PhotoKrafter is a mobile application that provides AI-powered photo editing and transformation services. The service allows users to upload, edit, enhance, and transform their photos using advanced artificial intelligence technology through a secure and user-friendly interface.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service.

4. Photo Upload and Usage

By uploading photos to PhotoKrafter, you:

• Confirm that you own or have the right to use the photos you upload.
• Grant us a limited license to process your photos for editing purposes only.
• Retain full ownership and rights to your original photos.
• Understand that photos are processed using AI technology.
• Agree that we may temporarily store your photos during processing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Upload photos that violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload photos that infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload photos that are defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Upload photos containing malware, viruses, or harmful code

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Free Tier

New users receive 10 free credits upon sign-up at no charge. Free credits are subject to the same usage and expiry terms as subscription credits.

6.2 Pro Subscription Plans

PhotoKrafter offers the following auto-renewable Pro subscription plans, each granting a monthly allotment of AI editing credits:

• Weekly Plan: $3.99 per week — 50 credits
• Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month — 150 credits
• Yearly Plan: $79.99 per year — 2,000 credits

Each AI photo edit consumes 1 credit. Credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of your current subscription period. Unused credits do not roll over.

6.3 Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• To manage or cancel your subscription on iOS: go to App Store Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
• To manage or cancel your subscription on Android: go to Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• Upon cancellation your subscription status changes to cancelled and no new credits are added. You retain access to existing credits until the end of the paid period.
• If a billing payment fails, the subscription becomes inactive immediately.

6.4 Refund Policy

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat and are subject to the respective platform's refund policy. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a paid subscription is purchased.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time with reasonable notice to users.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices regarding your personal data and photos.

8. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PhotoKrafter and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of your photos. We do not claim ownership of any photos you upload or edit through our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PhotoKrafter, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
